Minjee Lee Speaks With Reporters In Thailand Last week

                                                                                    ______________________________________________
Despite a slow start to her 2021 season Minjee Lee remains optimistic that she can turn around her game and put up some strong performances as the year goes on.
Since tying for fifth at the Kia Classic in March, Lee has not finished higher than 25th place in an LPGA tournament – most recently tying for 54th place at the Honda LPGA Thailand this past weekend.
Before the tournament began earlier in the week Lee explained to reporters that she feels confident her game will improve.
“I’m hitting it fine. I just lack a little bit of confidence lately in my putter,” she told reporters. “I’ve just been trying to grind through it.”

Lee has not won a tournament on the tour since the Hugel-Air Premia LA Open in 2019.
Despite her slow start to the year Lee said she has remained patient.
“It’s not the end of the world. I believe I’m going to get on top of it,” she told reporters. “I believe anything can happen this weekend.”

After finishing the first round in Thailand tied for 33rd place by the end of third Lee had dropped to 54th where she remained at the end of the tournament.
